Title: Cut Tool Error

Hey Steve, The cut tool is not cutting at all? Dont know why. I have restarted anim8or and nothing. I am using .97d. Thanks.

The cut tool works OK for me with 0.97d... I have several stupid questions:

- Have you converted the shape to mesh? The cut tool cannot cut parametric shapes.
- Is your shape grouped? If yes, ungroup it...
- Are both "back" and "front" buttons enabled? Maybe you're trying to cut back face while "back" is disabled...

If these 3 points didn't help you, I guess you found a bug... Or I forgot something :-\

The cutting tool works fine for me too, same version.

If anybody got a minute please check if the crash detailed here (http://www.anim8or.com/smf/index.php?topic=1465.0) can be reproduced by someone else.

actually i was cutting a mesh. I hope I would know how to use the cut tool by now, since v.6...lol Any way I restarted it, and it was fine... I dont know why that happened. so this topic is dismissed! lol.
