I'm trying to build a room with two doors and two windows like the pictures here.

The two doors on a separate wall.

Just a corner, and note the white wall under the wallpaper.

Window. I couldn't get a shot of the other window at the other wall but that's the best shot I could get.

And that;s the wallpaper I want to apply to the room.
I just want to build a replica of that room. Can anybody show me how? I'd well appreciate it.

Toy story eh?
Well there are quite a few skills you may wish to practice before creating this, since it can't really be placed into one category

As Joe said you'll need to be familiar with Anim8or's possibilities but here is an example of the structure of a room to get you going.
I'ts not Toy Story but you get the idea ;)

I made a room like that ones for a contest (image 1). I pretty simple: take a plane and make one wall using edge loops (image 2).
Then copy those walls 4 times to create a room by connecting them. Cut holes for the door and windows using the knife tool. Model a simple frame for the windows and door (image 3) and place them in the holes.
After that you can add many details like doorknobs, hinges etc.
