In Object mode AND Art raytraced rendering, the light intensity appears to be much too bright

Hey VB, I have also noticed this. Every time you render in ART It seems that the Diffuse property is set to 50 and same with ambient. This is a little annoying and should be a quick fix for Steve. In the mean time I'm making a mat for the object(s) and just setting the color darker to make up for the ridiculous intensity of the light when you render in ART.

best not to do that if you are increasing the intensity in the scene.

I've been using my scene intensity to deturmine colors.

Don't know why steven didn't make it for both object and scene.

( presently attempting to create metal objects.... not easy grrr
