Is it just me or is the search function not working. Every time I get the same or similar results and they dont contain the word im searching for.
I was searching for clothes btw. Although I've tried several other searches lately with very little success.

yes it doesn't work for me either - because i just searched "Quaternion" and got THIS post.

yea this post comes up for me in all my searches too. It seems no matter what you search for hte same items seem to keep appearing.
Anyone looking into this? Or should this question be posed to someone else. Do the people who run this site have control of the board?

The search seems to be working fine for me. Occasionally I'll get something without the word in it, but I usually end up with a few things that include what I'm looking for, and I haven't come across the same thing over and over again.
Edit:
It seems that I do actually get some repeated posts, specifically the top 3. When I search the top 3 tend to stay the same and are off topic but the fourth is generally relevant to what i want. Strange...

hmmm i did some more testing. I think I have an idea whats wrong. There are a certain number of posts that appear to show up at a certain relavacny to every search. So if your search returns no results then you get nothing but those posts.
Do a search on the word texture. I figured that would be a common word. You will get lots of relavent searches, but as you scroll down, and the relavancy decreaces you will notice those same posts popping in there as well.
Strange problem but I guess its workable since if your search does have results you will get them, and if you just see the generic posts, then you can assume your search returned no results.
