Ever gave a University type Physics book to a 5 year old, those have many words, though I doubt the 5 year old will learn anything useful.
As far as i can tell, that is in top view and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it, could you show us more views and perhaps describe it?

You need to ensure that the joint of the bone is directly in the center of the sphere.  Otherwise, it will rotate the bone around the axis of the bone joint which will cause the disjoining of the bone.

Its only like that when the knee is bent, when its straight,no prob.its all aligned to the bone too.and skinning wont work because he`s a robot and it wont look right.

The thigh bones are too low.  You want them to end directly at the center of the joint.
