No, even worse, MIME bureaucrats. As in those guys who don't speak, wear funny makeup, lock themselves in glass cages and are beat on by talking penguins named Otis with olive loaves.

they apear to be some kind of hobgoblin that lives in the ocean, perhaps that is a rare species of blue barnacle on the head that gives them telapathic powers! or i could be a chemical chamber that takes the hydrogen oxygen and other chemicals and polutants in the water then seperates them into oxygen for breathing, hydrogen for sustanence(food) and other salts for skin care! by the way that is a very good model! how long have oyu been using anim8or?
and they can be mimes because very few things can talk underwater! only a few species of whales. but i would call it a

I've been using this program for a few years, but recently I've put focus on doing some real modeling for the past month or two. That thing I created took me about 5 to 6 hours. Aquatic Hobgoblin! Works for me! Reef keeper watching over the Kingdom Of The ?(Fill in the blank)  I'm going to make some more charaters and maybe we could put a story to gether. I could give this one some webbed hands and feet. If I can't make it look good - then I won't make it.

well before i make up more intricacies i need to know wether you wanted it to be good or evil but my opinion is that it should be kind of both but neither. not a good guy but not a bad guy. that would make for a good story

Use cre8or,you could make a nice game with this... but follow valves example."You cant show the player a big bomb and not let them blow it up.That would be cruel."And Sub-aqueous Hobgoblin wont work..try Sub-aqueous Hobgobliniticus Maximus.There, much less pronouncabe.
