you don't really, it's all up to steve what makes it to the site, but, I have created a site www.an8search.com which is all about tutorials.
you may submit your tutorials (though, I won't host them, I don't have that much space).
If they are video tutorials try uploading them to youtube.

If they are just html/text tutorials, you can easily create a FREE account at one of the many blogging sites out there, such as, blogspot.

you can use camstudio (Can't remember the site right now), to record your actions (and narrate it too).

Well there are probably better ways to do this but this is what I do. First create an account at
http://xthost.info/
This will allow you to upload anything from your computer. So just make a tutorial and upload it on your account on your host. Then put the url on the forum like I did. You will end up with something like this http://two.xthost.info/RnDrFOX/

And a suggestion on making tutorials, if your make a written tutorial convert it to PDF (to do that Google "PDF converter") since it is kind of universal. And making video tutorials add commentary (everyone likes that) And I would use Camtasia it is a great program but it is not free but you get a free 30 day trial. But the full price is $300 :'(

If you have anymore question just ask and I hope this helps ;D

I feel the best thing would just be to request him to put it up on the site if he thinks it's good enough.
I'm not sure of course if it would be, but it always could be.  No harm in asking!

Just wondering, what was your tutorial you had in mind, what would you write about?

Not on the main .com site at least

I don't want to steal this thread or anything but, hihosilver how about doing a tut on how you got the hole/doorway and the round edges on that brown cube?
It would help me out loads.
Thanks
