You used "Convert to Subdivided"?
You might want to delete all the poly's behind his clothing, to reduce poly count.

Extra poly where. if you mean  behind his vest then i kinda need them because when ever i make a movie with this character he might take the vest off in the sceen. and he may change outfits sometime. i rather just model a lot of clothes than make different versions of him to save on poly count. if you didnt notice everything is removable. except the shoes.
