Undoing Changes in the Scene Editor
« on: April 21, 2008, 01:55:11 am »

Hi, everyone!  I started using Anim8tor a few days ago, and it's lots of fun so far.  However, I'm having a problem in the scene editor.  When I move objects, such as the camera or light sources, I can't use undo.  The text on the bottom-left corner reports what I'm trying to undo or redo - "Undo rotate," for example - but nothing in the scene actually goes back to the way it was, even if I don't switch between modes.  The entire file is only 28.8 KB, so I don't think it's because the model is too complex for the undo queue to handle.

If anyone could help me with this, I'd appreciate it.

Menu File/Configure. Check the size of the undo buffer.

For some reason, if not using keyframes, you can't undo your positioning in scene mode.  It will undo adding elements, but not rotations and movement unless you're keyframing the rotation/movement.
