Code name "Ded Nite"
« on: January 18, 2016, 01:12:08 pm »

Here is the house the carnage takes place, very early stage of course.  The is a dramatic tale of a young family at the end of a troubled weekend..... With a surprise ending.   I don't want to give too much away, but I need a shovel-cat/caterpilar, trees, bushes, a 2nd house-"in the middle of construction", and an 18 wheeler.  If your interested in modeling any of this let me know! Credit will be given  ;D I'm shooting for a July release date.   8)

I also need;

1. car with the front up on jack stands, or on ramps, the hood open with a lamp hanging.  it will be in the garage, interior not important except for visible seats and steering wheel.

2. a patio for behind the house, grill  and patio furniture, the house sits at ground level* no fence.

3. 18 wheeler, doesn't need to be capable of turning or have functioning doors, but it must have windows in the front WITH a dash steering wheel and seats but will only need to be visible through the front window looking in.   Wheels should be able to spin on center or be modeled to appear to be.

4. caterpillar does not need to be functional in ANY way.

5.  partiality built house does not need to be very far along, some material laying around, pallet of wood, wheel barrel, pile of dirt.    etc.  a cookie cutter property that will be laid down as a prop.... may be used twice with minor differences.

6.  kitchen appliances, formal dining table with chairs.

7. light fixtures.   .. there is the adults room and the kids room, two bathrooms living dining and kitchen, middle income family so not too fancy and they generally need to be similar through out the house except for the bathrooms.  ceiling fan.

8. Garage prop-work bench and shop vac.   table saw and little girls bike with tassels.

Things should stay low to mid polly count and the furnishings need to be low to middle end, this house was built to be sold, it is the first of many to be built and flipped.  I am planning to furnish the house on a need to go bases to avoid unneeded detailing, though if you would like to contribute random props that would be fantastic!

The story incorporates a large field with clumps of trees at property lines/crop lines, basically farmland with a highway across the field from the house.   The house is on a newly build road/subdivision on a cul-de-sack not accessible directly from the highway.  This is all relevant to the story.

It will be autumn in a temperate climate, so the trees will have lost most there leaves, browns, orange and grays will be used, exposed dirt and dead grass.

colors should be dull with few very bright colors except in kids room, earth tones, and simple like the house in the pictures.  Materials should be set to reflect light darkly and not there own textures.

Just 35,000 poly in this pic.  I smoothed making it 140,000. I expected it to look different but exactly the same. Which I'm very happy.
