This one is 95% IK. Only used FK to tweak his neck and wrists, occasionally.
 Took me 12 passes to get this, then realised i'd missed something quite noticable near the end.  Maybe you won't see it......

Ok, there's 2 things, at least, foot sink is one.
 The bit i was talking about was actually the ball. No squash and stretch after the kick, as it bounces off the walls.
 But the can of worms is really...... lots've stuff aint quite right.... oh well....back to the drawing board......
