Another animated logo
« on: May 11, 2014, 08:36:17 pm »

Here is another animation. Just experimenting with creating animated logos with Anim8or. Thanks again for the mp4 embedding, Raxx.

Captaindrewi:

It does not work for me in Chrome, but it does work in Firefox. What browser are you using?

Yeah, the mp4 one doesn't work in Chrome for me either. Strange, since the one I posted in the 3D viewer topic still works, and they use the same codec, as far as I can tell. I think Chrome's just a little wacked for html5 video atm.

WebM and FLV/Flash seem to be the safest formats to use at the moment. Both work fine for me Chrome, Opera, and FireFox. Best not to use mp4 for now...

Nice looking logo btw. Is it all from within Anim8or?

Thanks for the positive comments, Kreator and Raxx!

Raxx: The "light ray" effect is all Anim8or, but I did use an editor to composite the ray animation with a still image also rendered in Anim8or.

Another nice logo ronaldefarmer. Looks like a lot of work to make it sparkle. :)
Webm works even on my older FireFox browser. Mp4 has never worked for me.

Thanks CrashDrive, not that much work really.

I like the appearance of webm best I think. I wish I could find a way to embed either webm or flv on my Google Site. I presently use Vimeo, which is OK for some things but not so much for others. At least I can embed Vimeo on Google Sites.
