stuck with hole cuts

sorry if post is in wrong place not used to forums. started small project and stuck. cant figure out how to cut hole. :-[ got cylinders going through face, those show where holes suppose to be but.... em... i tried many different angles for cutting but no luck  :( only 2 of 8 was able to do my self.

You will need to create geometry to make holes in a face. There is no in built boolean function in anim8or, though you can use a boolean operations script that is available at http://www.anim8or.com/smf/index.php/topic,1705.0.html


See my attachment .an8 file for holes made with geometry. subdivided and then shelled to give thickness

Thank you 4 reply. problem is that, the surface that I'm using is not flat. made plenty holes on other ones coz have many. possible to say that sample that u gave is flat just has few connected layers. making those have no problem.one more thing is I'm still new here so things like scripts ain't 4 me yet. doing few models just to get used to line draws. :-[
