this is a cultist knife/dagger for a game. What do you think? any suggestions?

It looks pretty sharp :)
It's practically complete and it's well-done, so I got nothing too specific as a suggestion. If your game engine supports bump maps / parallax mapping, you can draw some nice 'engravings' for the handle, as a decoration. You know, a wild animal, or the maker's or the clan's sign or whatever. I wouldn't suggest modeling the engravings (i.e. with Boolean subtraction script etc.) because it would make the model high poly. Except if you're making a high-end game of course.

I actually tried bumpmapping to raise the symbols, but it actually made it look worse.
i might try again though.
