Bone Issues

So heres my problem: I've made this rig but I accidentally forgot to add the 'wrist' bone, so I have 2 choices: either move all the bones move simultaneously in sequence mode or do it all over (deleting the fingers and then adding the wrist)

So what I want is a tool that can add parent bones to a child bone, I'm sure many of you have had this same problem before.

There's a solution to this problem.  It's actually very easy.
Select the arm bone that you want to build the wrist bone onto, then go, "build>insert bone" and you can insert a bone on top of this one.  You can then resize the rest of your bones to a proper length and rotate them correctly and you should be golden!
