Unable To resize In Figure Mode

Well I have no idea what im doing worng I have all the parts but Im having to resize from objet and not Figure mode, is that how its supposed to be? bucause if thats the case then whats the point of the rezise tool in teh figure mode. :D

Here is the picture what im trying to do.. but I move the mouse holding the right click button and no go.. >.<
amd I just not dpoing something right?

The resize tool in figure mode is for the shapes you can add in figure mode, not the objects. It would be more convenient if you could use it for all objects though. But you'll have to resize in object mode

Yup, your everything has to be modelled in proportion to work in fig mode.
