Put a figure from another file to another...

I have this one figure I want to use for a separate an8 file. How can I do this?

Open them both, and copy / paste it.

..or...
 In figure mode, go 'figure -> export'.
 Then, either open the new file, which will have the figure in it, or open a new .an8 file and , in figure mode, go 'figure -> import' and import it from the new file that you just made when exporting it in the first place.  ;)
