An Interesting Problem
« on: December 09, 2009, 02:52:10 pm »

I use anim8or frequently and am working on a project. I recently wiped my hard drive but the folder that contained everything I have related to anim8or. Here's the glitch. It didnt happen before I wiped my pc, but now when I set an object to use a texture(That isnt just a color) it shows up on the 3d view, but doesnt show up on the little sphere in the textures drop down like it used to. And when I render the actual image, it doesnt show the textures either, the walls are completely blank. What made this happen? I saved EVERYTHING and yet anim8or is giving me this problem. I reinstalled the same exact drivers I used to have and everything.

Get a load of these images, the top one is the one I rendered OF the display on the bottom. And the grey textures are the stone floor, and brick walls you see. Stange bug eh?

And I looked at the Configure GUI thing, it doesnt have anything in it that would help. File>Configure GUI right?

try going to View>preferences and looking in there. there's 2 checkboxes for textures, one for the viewports, and one for the output

also check to make sure you still have your video card drivers.

Click View > Preferences, and make sure "Textures" and "AntiAliased" are checked in the File Output section.
