Yep, it's lit!

Are you after a specific type of comment?  That is, were you attempting a specific sort of lighting, or trying something akin to Global Illumination?  Or were you looking for comments on the model itself?

Well any comments really, it was just a test/for practice type thing anyway. My worst thing to do is lighting. I like to use Ambient Oclusion (I just love that effect) I mostly use it in textures to give a added bonus.

The lighting and shadows look pretty good right now.
I'd say you should try some materials now!  See what you can do with ART attributes to get a great realistic render (You can add a hardwood floor or carpet or something.) 
The lego man's head could also be rounded slightly more at the creases.

Good stuff though! I hope you go further with this

I have rigged this just now, well almost all of it (just the left arm is needed to be done). I'll try giving it some poses after I fix some parts of the mesh (rounding etc.)
Does anyone think  these pictures are a little dark, mabe more ambeint needed.
