It depends on the posts count (at least for ordinary members, I'm not sure about admins and moderators...)...

I've searched the list of members and this is what I figured out:
0-49 posts - newbie (1 star)
50-99 posts - jr. member (2 stars)
100-?? posts - full member (3 stars)

Nobody on this formum has more than 3 stars so far... Don't forget this forum is brand new, even those who have been here for years are new to this forum.

i thought Sr Member cut in at 200, but i could be wrong.  anyways, we've only got one of them so far, and that's hihosilver.  no idea if there are any more categories beyond that...

'hero member' - that sounds impressive!  well, i guess it would take a lot of time and effort to get that many posts... so anyone that attains the title either deserves it, or is just a major spammer :P  ;D

You should see Jackson Carver at the Anim8orMovie forum, over 1000 posts and going strong!

Remember though, number of posts doesn't matter.  The usefulness of your posts and the contributions you make do.  Spamming the forum isn't good, but being helpful is.

i thought Sr Member cut in at 200, but i could be wrong.

and it turns out... i was wrong.  i just made my 200th post, and i'm still not a senior member yet.  i'd guess spicy was right.  oh well, just another 49 to go after this one ;D
