how do i make the .a8s extension???

i have bin here lookign geting frustrated and i still can tget my scritp to have the extension(i am making ym scripts in notepad using vista) ???

As far as I know you should be able to save your .txt from notepad as a .a8s all you have to do is when you are in the save dialog you must select all file types then at the end of the name of your file you must write .a8s. for example I create a script and I go to save it I select All files in the file types then I write in the file name script.a8s

If you set "Hide extensions for known file types" to unchecked -> http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/help/a0b4607a-6fa8-42ab-aef6-7418183389da1033.mspx then you can see the extension ".txt" and change it to ".a8s".
