forum quirk?
« on: June 10, 2009, 08:49:39 pm »

I tried to reply to headwax's link:  http://www.anim8or.com/smf/index.php?topic=2005.45

...but, I haven't been able to find the option to reply since post #49.  Does anyone else have this issue, or am I just special?

Either we're both special, or somethings wrong . . . or maybe both

You can't reply to that topic because headwax locked the topic. When you start a topic you can choose the option to lock the topic and prevent from people to post on your topic. Only moderators and admin and ofcourse the topic starter can post in the topic.

Hya Arik

Sorry :(

Thanks for wanting to reply!!! I locked it cause I don't know when I will get on the forum to reply... though I get on more than I think!

Nothing worse than people replying to a thread and not getting an answer from the original poster (methinks)

Other thing is I get so little time this day and c and c is a two way street. ie if people comment on my work then it is only fair that I comment on theirs!

Which I like to do... if I get the time!!!

Time, or lack there of is a scarce commodity.

Recently I've been helping out some friends in their work, geting my tax done, and have been stuck in floods for a week .... hoho! (had to go surfing instead of working- bummer)

cheers

andrew

Now see, I guess that's where I function a bit differently... I leave my peanut comments all over the place just because I do.  Anyone wanting to comment on my atrocities is quite welcome to, but I won't hire a bounty hunter for not hearing from them... ;)
