oooh... this looks like it could turn into something really fun! I love the tommy-gun and gangster imagery!

This is off to a nice start.  I definitely dig the time period (looking forward to Public Enemies :D) that your work captures really well.  The car seems a bit flimsy, though, as if it's made out of cardboard.  Needs a little more work to give it a sense of weight.  Great start, though - I'll be keeping an eye on this.

yea the cars needs alot of work still. ive worked on it a little more. theres alot of things i have to change. like the front bumper is a little too low. heres where im at now.

Edit: i think i got the front end where i want it. it was a pain in the ass so i just extented the front end out and it pretty much fixed my problem. now i have to to the borrom and the rear bumper and i think it will have a good shape to it. heres my render

im having a little trouble with the back. i cant get a pic off the internet of the back of the car so im gonna have to wing it. it doesnt look like there is a bumper on the back of it. i think i might only have to enhance the wheel well. let me know what u think i should do. (i might add license plates to fill it out more.)

It's starting to look really good now, but you might want to move the frount axel back a little bit and maybe add some suspension. as for the back bumper it most likely would come out of the back of the frame rails then the bubper part wraps around the ass end. not sure how much detail you want, but you should also be able to see the bottom of the rear end and the axel.

Looks great! keep up the good work

thanks for the crits. i do want alot of detail but im not so sure im gonna go balls out on every model for this scene. and now that i think of it. you probably wont even see the back of the car in the render anyways. so i might skip over it for now and finish the model some other time. ive been working on alot of props and whatnot for the entire scene. this is the 1st building ive made and its not done yet. i threw a texture on the building so i coul see how the render mijht turn out. heres what i just rendered.

Edit: Dude lights are kinda hard when u dont know what your doing. I rendered this like 5 times cause the building was almost pitch black. it ended up i had my local light to close to the building. this is what i just rendered. atleast its visible now.

Try a paler infinite light facing the unlit side (in place of the sun / moon) aswell as your local light and it should be fine.
