HELP i can't download

 ??? ok-i'm new to anim8or. When i download it, I have unzipped it, my laptop just says anim*or has stopped working and wont open. I am on vista if that helps at all. I have absolutely no idea what's going on. My general approach is PANIC! plz reply i'm bored of waiting lol. ???
