Animating sequence question

How to animate a squence?I tried following the tutorial, but it won't happen.Here is what I do:
1load the model with skeleton as in the example.So far so good
2Select a bone
3Try to rotate it.Nothing happens. :(
What I do wrong?Please, answer fast.I'm not on my computer and I have to go after while.

You must define the range of motion of each bone before it will move, as each bone defaults to having a zero range of motion.  Double click on the bone and update the settings in the window that appears.  Also, different mouse buttons move the bone on different axes (described in the manual).

Where I must do this - in the sequence or skeleton(I forgot its name) mode?

The bones' range of movement should be defined in Figure mode (I think... I haven't done it in a while!).

Animating sequence should be done in sequence mode, the name says it a bit already.
And Figure mode it's called ;).
