Noone knows when a new version will come out blanc, the best thing to do is enjoy anim8or as it is, and let a new version surprise you when it comes out! ^,^

The question has been asked before, and is not of much use.
Steve has recently been releasing new versions of Anim8or much faster than he previously did thanks to the beta versions.  When he has enough for a new beta, I'm sure he will release it.  For now I am locking this topic, as there is no reason for debate on the topic.

Believe me, if I could predict when the things I'm working on would be finished and stable I would let you know.  But finding bugs is unpredictible as is the amount of time I can find to work on Anim8or.  The current delay is because I'm still fixing problems with the one big new feature - continuously mirrored meshes.   They're really cool but add this has forced me to rewrite most of the modeling tools - and that's a *lot* of code!  So sometimes I chew off more that I realize...
