Rigging means building a skeleton for your character and assigning a bone to each body part.

http://www.anim8or.com/tutorials/simplewalk/index.html

will get you started,

http://www.anim8or.com/movies/movies1/easy_eyes.zip

shows you how to rig eyeballs, and

http://www.anim8or.com/movies/movies1/crazy_trousers.zip

gives you an idea of dancing in Anim8or.

Good luck!

thats what i meant by long answer. theres no easy button for doing this stuff. and you can pretty much do anything with anim8or. its still missing a few things but you can get it done by doing things manually. just keep picking away at it and you will learn all kinds of stuff and how to do each thing. it will take awhile because there is alot to learn. just dont quit and ull b aight.
