Is there an updated manual for anim8or
« on: February 07, 2009, 12:46:55 pm »

Is there an updated manual for the anim8or software. The one I have now is 4 years old.  I would like to gt a updated pdf file of one so I can print it out.   I would like to see a step by step on how to get started for the first time beginner. Like how to create an object & add parts to it to make it animate like clothing for figure models . Or conforming clothing for models.

Though the manual is 4 years old, the basics are still the same. Not that much changes have been made. Ofcourse there are some new features and some changes but the manual is still a good source for starting out in anim8or.

If your starting in anim8or for the first time it's helpfull to start with a simple tutorial like a simple walk tutorial. Making clothes is a bit more advanced, since anim8or doesn't supports soft body physics.
