Rendering Isometric model with specific size
« on: January 07, 2009, 11:10:40 am »

Good day everyone.

I finished my model and manipulated the view to get an Isometric one.
Now I want to render my model but I need:

1. The final image to be 32px width.
2. That my model occupies the total width of the image.

If I use another program to crop and resize the model, it might lose some quality so I would like to know if I can do it all in Anim8or.

Thank you.

Good lord, what sort of "quality" do you expect with only 32px width?

Actually, you will always get better quality from reducing a large render than you would from expanding a small render.

You can set the width of your image to render to 32px, you will just have the experiment a little as to how large you need to resize your object in editor for it to fill the total width.

Thank you for your comments.

As you say, maybe 32px is too small, but if I can do it with 32px then I will be able to do it with other sizes.

Anyway, IŽll keep trying and if I find something useful I will share it with you.
