See the attached screen shot.  When you post, click on the "Additional Options," and browse your PC to attach the file of your choice.

Or, you can also insert a link to an on-line hosting service, like www.imageshack.us

When replying, expand "Additional options" menu and then attach the file...
I would try "Help" section on the forum (menu on the top of the page...)

EDIT: Wow, Rudy replied at the same moment, just a few seconds earlier... I'll try to be faster next time ;D
