how can you put a photo in to draw from??

Can any body help me with this.
How do you put a photo in so you can work from it, put one in front and side

ans does any one know how to copy say an arm so you dont have to make 2

You can load the photo as a texture (see the manual at materials) or use it as a reference image: go build>reference image.

You can read the manual to answer both questions.  To make another arm you use "Build>Mirror" but you'll get a much better in-depth understanding by simply reading the manual and playing with the tools it talks about (it's really not very long at all)
